Directions to NIACE Dysgu Cymru, Cardiff
By Road
From the East on the M4 - Exit junction 29 Cardiff (A48M) and follow A48M for approximately 4 miles. Under flyover, go through lights and take next left turn A4119 sign posted Llandaff/Sophia Gardens, turn left at T junction and left at next lights/junction (approx 1/4 mile) into Cathedral Road. NIACE Dysgu Cymru is approximately 2/3 mile on your right just after the traffic lights. Parking available at Sophia Gardens (left at the traffic lights).
From the West on the M4 - Exit junction 33 and follow the A4232 towards Cardiff Docks, exit A4232 at Leckwith sign posted City Centre. Pass Leckwith Athletics Stadium and go through 1st lights and turn right at 2nd set into Wellington Street. Follow for approximately 1/4 mile and turn left at 2nd set of lights into Cathedral Road. NIACE Dysgu Cymru is approximately 200yds on the left just before the lights. Parking available at Sophia Gardens (right at the traffic lights)
From the North on the A470 - At Gabalfa interchange follow route west sign posted A48 Port Talbot and city centre. Go through the lights and take next turn A4119 sign posted Llandaf/Sophia Gardens, turn left at T junction and left at next lights/junction junction (approx 1/4 mile) into Cathedral Road. NIACE Dysgu Cymru is 2/3 mile on your right just after the traffic lights. Parking available at Sophia Gardens (left at the traffic lights).
By Train
NIACE Dysgu Cymru is approximately 1 mile from Cardiff Central Station. 5 minutes by taxi or 15 minutes walk.

Directions to NIACE, Leicester
By Train
The NIACE office is situated on De Montfort Street which is within walking distance of the train station. When leaving the train station, turn left and walk up London Road until you reach a pedestrian crossing (which is located outside a restaurant/bar). Cross over to the opposite side of London Road, and continue to walk up the hill. The first road you come to on your right hand side is De Montfort Street. The NIACE office is located approximately 100 yards on the right hand side, exactly opposite the Belmont House Hotel.
By Road
NIACE encourages all visitors to travel by public transport. However, if travelling by car is unavoidable, please follow the directions below. Please note the section on car parking.
Car parking: There is only limited car parking at NIACE and this is mainly for staff. There is one hour parking on the road, however, long term car parking is available on Victoria Park. Straight past NIACE turn left at traffic lights onto Regent Road follow the road to the top bear left, car park is on the right. From the car park cross over and walk down the tree lined New Walk until you reach NIACE on the right.
From the M1: Exit 21. At the first roundabout turn right, and then at the second roundabout turn right. At the third roundabout turn left onto the A563 (south and east) the Fosse Park shopping centre is on your left.
(*)Follow signs for Wigston and Oadby. At the end of the A563 is a large roundabout, turn left onto the A6 (racecourse on your right). Carry straight on, following signs for city centre, railway station, University. Go straight over small roundabout (Victoria Park is on your left). Continue straight over next two sets of traffic lights. Next left is De Montfort Street (Colonnade Insurance Brokers is on the left corner and the Tiffin Restaurant is on the right). Continue along here until you reach the large white building on your left (Belmont House Hotel) and NIACE is exactly opposite (for car parking see above).
From the M69: the M69 comes to an end at the same roundabout as Junction21 of the M1. Go straight over this roundabout, and then at the second roundabout turn right. At the third roundabout turn left onto the A563 (south and east) the Fosse Park shopping centre is on your left. Follow directions as given above (*)
From Nottingham (alternative to M1): Out of Nottingham on the A606 and straight onto the A46. Follow signs for Leicester city centre. This brings you onto Melton Road leading onto Belgrave Road. At the first large roundabout and flyover go straight on. At the second roundabout and flyover turn left onto St Matthew’s Way. Continue straight onto set of traffic lights and another roundabout. Take the third exit onto St George’s Way (St George’s retail park on your left). Follow the signs for Charles Street police station and railway station. Follow road round keeping in right-hand lane go over next two sets of traffic lights. At the second set of traffic lights police station is on your right and the road bears to the left. Continue through the next two sets of traffic lights past the railway station on your left. There is a pedestrian crossing just past the station, turn right just after this into De Montfort Street. NIACE is exactly opposite the Belmont House Hotel (for car parking see above).
From A6 South (Market Harborough): Follow A6 to city centre, then follow signs for Oadby. Go straight over large roundabout (racecourse on your left). Carry straight on following signs for railway station and University. Go straight over small roundabout (Victoria Park on your left). Continue straight over next two sets of traffic lights. Next left is De Montfort Street (Colonnade Insurance Brokers on the left and the Tiffin Restaurant on the right), continue down here until the Belmont House Hotel and NIACE is exactly opposite (for car parking see above).
